Daily backups
Files and databases backed up daily and kept off the hosting node, with restores performed by us on request.
Full control panel
HestiaCP gives you file access, databases, cron jobs, DNS records, SFTP and SSH accounts. Nothing important is hidden behind a support ticket.
DNS included
Authoritative DNS for your domains, editable yourself or managed by us, kept in step with your mail and certificate records.
Migration handled
We move the site, the database and the mailboxes, test them on our side, and schedule the DNS cutover with you.

Plans are sized by what you’re running rather than by an arbitrary disk figure. Resource allocations and prices are published with the client area; until then the allocation is agreed at quote.

Moving hosts
Migrations are part of the job
Changing host is the part people put off for years. We do it as standard rather than charging for it as a project.
- We take a copy of your site, database and mailboxes and stand them up on our infrastructure first.
- You test the staged copy on a temporary address and tell us what looks wrong before anything changes publicly.
- DNS TTLs are lowered ahead of the cutover so the switch propagates in minutes rather than days.
- Mail is cut over with the domain, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC records set at the same time.
- Your old host stays live until we’ve both confirmed the new one is right.
Questions
Common questions
Do I have to use WordPress?
No. WordPress is what most sites here run, but the stack is ordinary nginx, PHP and MariaDB, so anything that runs on that will run here. Ask if you’re on something unusual.
Can I get SSH access?
Yes. SSH and SFTP accounts are available on hosting plans. If you’d rather have a whole machine to yourself, that’s the VPS side, which is in development.
Who owns my domain?
You do. Domains are registered in your name, and you can transfer them away whenever you like. We won’t hold a transfer code hostage.
What happens if the site goes down?
We watch the infrastructure and act on it directly rather than waiting for you to report it. If you spot something first, email us and a person reads it.
