Registered in your name
You are the registrant, not us. If you ever want to leave, you get the transfer code without an argument.
Transfers in
Bringing a domain across from another registrar is handled for you, including making sure nothing breaks while it moves.
DNS that stays correct
Website, mail and verification records kept in step with each other, so adding a new service doesn’t quietly break an existing one.
Edit it yourself
Full access to your own DNS records through the control panel if you want it, and someone to call if a record looks wrong.
Renewals you can see
Expiry dates alongside your other services rather than buried in an old inbox. A lapsed domain is an avoidable outage.
Sensible defaults
Registrar lock on, auto-renew available, and the contact details kept current so a registry notice doesn’t go to an address nobody reads.
Australian domains
A note on .au
Australian namespaces have eligibility rules. A .com.au or .net.au needs an ABN, ACN or registered trading name, and the direct .au space has its own requirements.
If you’re not sure which you’re entitled to, or whether the .au version of your existing .com.au is worth holding, ask. It’s a five-minute answer rather than something to guess at during checkout.
