SPF, DKIM and DMARC records configured when the domain is set up, not left blank. This is the difference between arriving and landing in junk.
Spam and virus filtering
Inbound filtering on every mailbox, tuned so that legitimate mail from your suppliers isn’t quietly swallowed along with the rest.
Backed up nightly
Mail is included in the nightly backup. Deleted the wrong folder last Tuesday? We can put it back.
Migration from your current provider
Existing mail, folders and contacts are copied across before the switch, so nobody opens their laptop to an empty mailbox.
Why it goes wrong elsewhere
Most email problems are records, not servers
When mail starts landing in spam, it is almost never the mail server. It’s the DNS records that vouch for it.
- A domain moved host and the SPF record still lists the old provider, so half your mail fails authentication.
- A marketing tool was added and never included in SPF, so campaigns bounce while normal mail works.
- DKIM was never enabled, so nothing signs your messages and receiving servers have no reason to trust them.
- DMARC is missing or set to none, so nobody finds out any of the above is happening.
We fix these as part of setup, and we’ll look at them for your existing domain even if the mailboxes stay where they are.
